Try attending various programs that help you understand different career choices. Once you shortlist a bunch of ideas for your career, make your research more focussed.
2. Priority to your Interest:- Once you understand your career options, you have to learn how to prioritize it. List down your short term and long term plans and make sure that they coincide with one another. When you start achieving your short term goals, start to tick them of your list and see how much closer it is getting you to your long term goals.
5. Commit to the work – Once you have made up your mind about what your career path is going to be, start setting time limits for yourself and be proactive in getting things done. Commit to your work and respect it.You are only as good a working professional as your working strategy dictates.
